This nature reserve features Yellow Box woodland and is home to a variety of animals, including kangaroos, echidnas, kookaburra and koalas. Bird watchers can view white-throated treecreepers, common bronzewings, restless flycatchers, robins and butcherbirds. The park contains a variety of trails for use by hikers and mountain bikers. The hiking trail to the top of the park takes around 1 hour return and affords excellent views of Cootamundra. The mountain bike trails offer steep, rough terrain. The park features a few black diamond mountain bike trails for advanced cyclists....
