All their products are free range, gluten free, hand crafted, preservative free and naturally wood smoked.
If you are looking for an all-natural product free from unnecessary food additives then Gamze's smallgoods are for you. No chemical nitrite (250) is used in the curing process, replacing all commonly used chemical ingredients with natural alternatives so to eliminate any E numbers.
Gamze Smokehouse believe in using locally grown ingredients, low food miles and making everything by hand in small batches.
Gamze Smokehouse conduct butchery and smallgoods masterclasses at the factory, however are not set up for retail sales. For retail sales please visit Longrigan Plaza Meats in the Wangaratta Plaza or Snow Road Produce in Milawa to purchase their range of smallgoods.
