Set on a working sheep and cattle farm, visitors can observe and even participate in farming activities. Backing on to the state forest, there is ample bush-walking available within walking distance of the cottage. BBQ facilities are available at the cottage or guests can make use of the farm’s bush kitchen to enjoy a campfire under the stars. Fire wood is provided. Due to the historical nature of the building and its proximity to a pristine creek, the cottage utilises a low-impact, environmentally friendly chemical toilet and a hand-held shower.
