At embers , we specialise in serving Certified Grass-fed Beef, which provides a naturally healthier, leaner and full-flovoured steak. Our beef is aged for a minimum of 35 days to guarantee maximum tenderness. All beef sourced must comply with our strict product specifications prior to being branded and served as 'embers' beef.
Meals are cooked to order on our single purpose custom built char grill and our unique cooking methods and processes ensure that all meals are delivered with 100% customer satisfaction, as steak dining is a very personal matter for the customer. This philosophy sets us apart from other restaurants which primarily provide yearling grain fed beef or where steak meals are 'just part of the menu'.
