Between bar staff who made the wrong drinks on two separate occasions, and live music so loud that there was not a seat in the place where you could hold a conversation, this place doesn't make for a good catchup with friends.
The music itself wasn't half bad, but without anywhere to go to escape it, it was a bit too much.
We also sampled the bar food, which was satisfactory. Hard to complain about potato wedges with sweet chilli sauce.
The venue is neat and tidy, and the staff are pleasant; you can buy and inhale drinks here; but I wouldn't say I had an amazing night.
